The basis for the processing of personal data is:
· user consent (in the case of data transfer),
· the necessity of processing to perform the contract,
· legitimate interest of the Data Administrator (e.g. to improve the quality of services).

Personal data of Application users are processed only by the Data Administrator.

Personal data are processed by the Application for the period to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
